Who works here?
Me! koukou! All the magic happens in my lil studio in Manchester. I've touched on how meticulously I select the people and brands I outsource certain aspects of the business to and am overjoyed to have a fabulous working relationship with the team at Lucky Cat Printing. Ethically minded and female ran, they are the only person I trust with printing my tees.
Postage information
All orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days.
Standard delivery is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class
Express delivery is via Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked.
Please bear in mind that we are a small business and although we aim to get everything out as fast as possible there may delays on some items.
If you need your koukou order in a rush please drop me a message and I will do what I can to process your order faster!
Can I get my order sooner?
If you need your order quickly, drop us a message before or after ordering and we’ll always do our best to help where we can.
Returns Policy
Every koukou order is made and packed with care, and I want you to feel genuinely happy when it arrives.
If something isn’t quite right, you can return any item for a refund or gift card within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
As a small independent business, we’re not able to offer free returns at this time — thank you for understanding and supporting koukou.
