Care instructions
Treat me well, I’ll stick around.
- Wash me cool (30°C is perfect) to keep things fresh and planet-friendly.
- Turn me inside out before washing — I like a little protection.
- Skip the tumble dryer if you can, I prefer to air dry.
- And if you’re ironing, keep it low and turn me inside out to avoid the print.
Basically: be kind, and we’ll be together for a long time.
Shipping
I ship all orders in 100% recycled and recyclable packing. Most orders are dispatched within two working days with Royal Mail 2nd class postage to keep it cheap and cheerful for you!

Return policy
Every koukou piece is a labour of love, and I want you to feel just as excited wearing it as I did creating it.
If something’s not quite right, please do get in touch. I’m genuinely very nice (promise), and I’ll always do my best to sort it.
You can return any item for a refund or gift card within 28 days of receiving your order. Just make sure it’s unused and in its original packaging.
