Most orders are dispatched within two working days with Royal Mail 2nd class postage to keep it cheap and cheerful for you or there is an express postage option for first class tracked delivery.

Every koukou piece is a labour of love, and I want you to feel just as excited wearing it as I did creating it.
If something’s not quite right, please do get in touch. I’m genuinely very nice (promise), and I’ll always do my best to sort it.
You can return any item for a refund or gift card within 28 days of receiving your order. Just make sure it’s unused and in its original packaging.
